Our Resources
"I was absolutely dazzled by your enormous database. I am unaware of any similar project of this magnitude and detail, and it seems to me you are again ahead of the curve." Lloyd Kiff, Science Director, The Peregrine Fund.
The Biodiversity Centre for Wildlife Studies, and specifically the Wildlife Data Centre, has unparalleled resources on which to provide comprehensive information on wildlife in British Columbia. These resources include immense electronic databases, the largest and most active nest record scheme in Canada, the largest wildlife library in the province, a huge image databank, and a growing number of concerned and supportive individuals.
